Baseline Hydroplaning Speed (mph) = 10.35 * sqrt(Tire Pressure PSI). Speed (km/h) = 16.66 * sqrt(Pressure PSI). Adjusted Speed = Baseline Speed * Tread Depth Degradation Factor.
