Calculation Methodology
Effective Nuclear Charge: Zeff = Z - S. Where Z is atomic number, and S is the screening constant calculated via Slater's rules: same (ns, np) shell electrons shield by 0.35 each, (n-1) shell electrons shield by 0.85 each, and (n-2) or deeper core electrons shield completely by 1.00 each.
